Use opposite colours on the wheel (which you can see on the LIM blog).
I decided on a Red and Green combo, using one of my all-time fave dies -
Memory Box Prim Poppy.
I embossed a layer of white cardstock on my Stampin' Up "Simply Scored", then popped it up on the base card with foam pads.
The die-cuts and layered heart were coloured with Copics. Added a sentiment banner to finish.
