ORIENTAL LILIES

Hi there lovely bloggers! I have just taken a short break from preparing  projects for my upcoming craft class on Saturday - well it seems such a shame to be indoors during this beautiful weather doesn't it! Hubby and I were sat in the back garden, having a coffee, and the divine scent from the Oriental Lilies was wafting by, and I thought it would be nice to share a photo of the Lilies.
(Don't say I never think of you)!

We bought the original 4 bulbs 10 years ago, and they keep on multiplying and growing taller each summer. This year we bought them beautiful new, larger "homes" so they could thrive  - they are now over 6ft tall. (this pic. is from just one of the pots).
Isn't nature wonderful.

Hope you are all having a very happy week ~
Hugs,

Hi Sylvia. Such a beautiful garden. Lilies are my favorite flower ... with the stargazer one my absolute favorite lily ... so beautiful and fragrant. Looks like you have both Stargazer and Casablanca (the two lilies that I grow!!). Amazing how tall they are ... they most love the spot! Loll xx

They are gorgeous Sylvia. A friend gave me a pot of lilies earlier this year. There were three almost white and the other I think is Stargazer. They smelled wonderful too. Hope mine flourish as yours have done.
