As Guest Designer for the October HLS challenge, I have another Paper Piecing card for you!
This time I have used a Hampton Art stamp, "New York Diva", stamped with Archival Jet Black.
Just a touch of Copic Aqua to add a little shade here and there on the pleats.
Light colouring with Copics on the skin.
Sentiment - LOTV, cut with a circle punch.

By paper piecing her dress and leaving the city scene uncolored I think this loos beautiful and your image has lots of feel of dimension...
