HERE COMES SUMMER AT MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES!

Hi lovely blogging friends!  It's great to be back home after a few days away for my birthday.  Had a brilliant time - the architecture, the galleries, the shops, the hot weather, the food - all of it fabulous, so why is it so good to be back home?!!

SENTIMENTAL SUNDAYS - USE 3 OR MORE PUNCHES!

Happy Easter Sunday, Peeps!
At the Sentimental Sundays challenge  this week we would like you to use Three or More Punches  (plus a sentiment). Quite an easy-peasy one, so get out those punches and join in the fun!  As always, there are prizes to be won!
For my DT project I decided not to make a card (just for a change), but it could have been the thought of yummy chocolate eggs which inspired me to make an Easter basket.
The punches I used are :-
MS Doily Lace border punch.
SU heart punch for the base of the basket.
Woodware circle punch for the sentiment.
Woodware Daisy punches in 2 sizes for the flowers.
Other items used :-
All the papers are from Nitwit's "Egg-stra Special Collection", printed onto cream card.
Nestie circle for the outside border on the sentiment.
Sentiment - my own, created on the 'puter.
Glamour Dust.
Olive Green seam binding - from Wild Orchid Craft.
Mini chocolate eggs - Cadbury's (had to buy a second pack of these as I ate most of the first lot whilst I was making the basket)!!!!
The basket template can be found here:-

I would like to enter the little basket (but not the chocolates) into the following Challenge:-
CES - Spring Colours/Image.

Have a happy sunny week, wherever you are in the world.

GUEST DESIGNER AT PHINDY'S PLACE!

Hi peeps - hope you are all having a great week.
I am so happy to be sharing this card with you today - I won a Guest Design Team spot at Phindy's Place when my entry for the recent Distress challenge was chosen as Card of the Month, and was later chosen as overall winner of the month, with a prize of a Guest Designer spot in March.
So, I chose to use this adorable image, "Little Squirt", from  Phindy's shop - don't you agree, he is just soooo cute!!

The theme of the challenge this week is Oh Baby!, which could be a new arrival, a 1st Birthday, etc., - if you are looking for the perfect baby/small child image, do pop over to Phindy's shop (see link above). Check out the new "Wee Babbies" range too - they're adorable!
